Refund policy

MailCertify credits are sold as one-time purchases. All credit sales are final and non-refundable.

Why non-refundable?

Once credits are added to an account, they can be used immediately. To keep pricing simple and prevent abuse, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Unused credits

Credits do not expire. If you stop using MailCertify, your remaining credits stay in the account in case you return. We do not cash out unused balances.

Disputes

If a payment is reversed through a card or bank dispute and we lose the case, we may remove the corresponding credits from the account. This is rare and only happens after the dispute process concludes.
