Terms of service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These terms describe what you can expect from MailCertify and what we expect from you. If you use MailCertify, you agree to these terms.
The service
MailCertify is an email verification service. You can verify single addresses, upload lists as CSVs, or use our API. The service runs on credits that you buy up front.
Accounts
- You need an account to use the dashboard and API.
- Keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or break the law.
Credits and payments
- One verification costs one credit unless we say otherwise.
- Credits are sold in packs as one-time payments. No subscription.
- Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
- We may change pack prices in the future. Existing credits remain valid.
Acceptable use
You may use MailCertify only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload lists you do not have permission to verify.
- Use the service to send spam or abuse email systems.
- Attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell access to MailCertify without our written agreement.
Service availability
We aim to keep MailCertify running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages, provider issues, or factors outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate forum there.
